The University grows rapidly as more staff and students are joining the University, along with the development and expansion are challenges and strong competition. As the development of the University has been in a new era, the group of people managers at the middle level are emerging and management/leadership competencies now become critical for them as their roles are turning from individual contributors to people managers. New Manager Onboarding Programme is designed and open to XJTLU young managers to assist them with their role transition from Individual Contributors to a People Managers with leading a team.
